Four Paws Mobile App
Our free app will allow you to:
- Request medication and food refills
- Schedule an appointment
- Receive reminders about needed services for your pet.
- Get reminders about upcoming appointments
- Access your pet’s vaccine history
- Upload Selfies of your pet to be shared on Facebook and on the app itself
- Participate in our client rewards program
- Access a Pet Health Library
- Quick link to Animal Poison Control
- Set personalized medication reminders
- Live chat with our staff during business hours

When creating your account be sure to use the same email you have on file with Four Paws. The password can be anything you want.
Other family members can download and use the app as well, however, everyone will need to share the same login information.
The app and our patient records sync every night, so any changes made in either location may not be reflected on the other database until the next day. Requests made to Four Paws through the app will be transmitted immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours for us to get back to you. If you have an emergency, please call us directly (540-898-5388).
How the loyalty rewards program works:
- For every $100 spent per invoice, you earn one paw stamp.
- After you have earned 16 stamps, they can be redeemed for $100 off your next visit.
- Stamps never expire, and they can be given to friends and family who also use our app.
